Hi. Contacted the clinic to register as new NHS patient. They said they do accept new patients but they told very clearly that they do nit think i will ever be able to receive any services from their doctors! What is the point in declaring tou accept new patients, when you tell them that they will never be treated. What is this nonsense???

Needed new set of dentures and over the phone was advised that "new full set" prices start from £670 at private pricing. This was cheapest over the phone estimate offered compared to other surgeries. Agreed and booked appointment only to be disappointed. The initial consultation was literally just to count how many teeth I have, no gum health no existing tooth health. Paid £45 for this. Was offered an estimate in excess of £1500 for new set of acrylic dentures that NHS offer for £282.80 in the treatment plan. Wasted the £45 consultation fee as these prices are a joke. Their website state, dentures from £350. Appalling service received. Also the waiting room could do with a good scrub around the edges of the room, dirty and mouldy. Definitely does not reflect "private practice" prices.
