Really poor service, they don’t seem to like nhs patients and refused to accept my 3 year old, they even lied and said they weren’t taking nhs patients- nhs choices website indicates they do. I first asked about registering my child in July and they told me they weren’t taking patients until August. When I called in August they said they weren’t taking patients until September - absolute joke!

In the past 10 years I have gone from being an extremely nervous patient when it comes to dental care, to attending today on my own for emergency treatment, this is down to the professionalism of the entire team, whom have worked with me over the years to change my mind set regarding visiting the dentist. Initially I was so bad that I refused to attend without a family member for moral support, however my experiences have always been excellent, from the receptionists, to the dental nurses, through to the dentists themselves. They are an amazing professional, patient centred, supportive team who I would highly recommend to anyone, especially those that have anxiety visiting the dentist. I feel confident that I am in truly competent hands as are my children and many other members of my family who attend the practice also.
