I found this dentist via NHS website and was able to call them and register as an NHS patient, also managed to send details via email and managed to get an appointment for check up too & it all went well. On the day of appointment got a text message to say your appointment is cancelled and call us to reschedule and ever since 28th march I have tried numerous times to contact them with just finding music playing at the other end and nobody seems to answer. No response from email either. This practice has just ghosted and feel very angry at such poor service, it’s not professional to be just going underground without providing any information.

After waiting for years for an appointment I was due to see my dentist today. I needed a detail so looked at their website online - it doesn’t exist. Tried calling the dentist but mailbox is full. Email I sent has bounced back saying address does not exist. Checked reviews online to find others have turned up for their scheduled appointment to find the practice permanently closed. No contact from the surgery to say they were closing. Wanted to submit this to prevent others wasting their time.
