Recently had to attend Fern Cottage Dental Practice,(where I am registered),without an appointment, as suffering with severe toothache. Diagnosis, treatment plan, and necessary prescription for antibiotics, given. The Dentist, and all members of her staff, were at all times, Professional, efficient,and showed great emphathy and kindness. Much appreciated, as I am now completely pain free.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for the dentist and her assistant who treated me following my 111 referral appointment. They went above and beyond for me and worked their lunch time to make sure they could complete my treatment and remove the pain I was in. They were very patient and despite the difficulties with my treatment they continued to find a solution and help me even though that meant working their break. people who have this practice as their regular dentist are extremely fortunate that they have a team that are so dedicated to looking after their patients. once again thank you for putting in the extra effort for me,.

Thank you two the two lovely ladies, that sorted me out with my new crown today ( sorry it wouldn't let me name you, personally) Very professional, while friendly at the same time. Highly recommend.

I have always been nervous about visiting the dentist since I was a child and yesterday I was booked in for a dental extraction this really is a nightmare situation for me; However, the kindness, encouragement and expertise given to me was exceptional. Thank you very much to everyone for excellent service!

Rang to book a checkup for my Daughter to be told she had been struck off, as a reminder was sent Feb 20 (When covid started!) & not been since. No letters or messages to say she had been struck off either, even though she has been a patient at the surgery from being a child and never been anywhere else! I'm sure had we asked to go private there would not have been an issue.

More than terrified about visiting a dentist but all the staff were reassuring, caring, friendly and very professional.They put me at ease and went over and above in their efforts to help. Wonderfull team and extremely grateful to them all. Due to their friendliness and care they have helped ease my anxiety immensely.Thank you.

Dentist kindly advised I did not require a anaesthetic injection for the repair of a broken tooth and filling that I had. I took the dentist's excellent advice and can confirm the treatment was fully painless. Fantastic and practice with top quality and trustable dentists, dental nurses and reception staff who really care for their patients.

Been going to this wonderful dentist now for quite a while now , the staff are so pleasant and friendly, they put you at ease , the work that I have had done on my teeth has been exceptional I cannot thank them enough ,.

I have recently visited fern cottage and received excellent treatment. I’ve always been nervous of any dental work but the empathy , care and attention to detail I have received was of such a standard that I am now far more confident to return for any future appointments. I highly recommend this practice and all it’s staff .
