I had previously had a wisdom tooth out at another dentist which left me dreading the wisdom tooth root removal at Fencehouses Dental Surgery. However the removal was quick and efficient in contrast to my earlier experience elsewhere. The dental surgeon was highly skilled and I'm very grateful for the care given to me!

I have been with the Sunderland branch of this practice for many years but moved to the Fence Houses branch this year. A very well run branch and I have been very happy with my experience. Great for nervous patients, great dental care.

I booked myself an appointment to fencehouses dental practice, I attended first time the clinic, and already paid £60 for my service, following to come again to the clinic for treatment in few weeks, I could not attend the surgery, I called the surgery to announce them I can not attend (indeed quite shortly) . Since april I am still waiting for them to tell me if they can book me for another appointment. No call back, nothing! I managed get in touch with them after i will them, but anyway with no happy end. I ve been informed to wait until one of the receptionist will speak to the doctor. Anyway, how is it possible like this hapenning after I already paid my treatment plan and consultation??? I am asking just for a new appointment for which I will totally pay again? Also, I seeker urgent care and they did not even accept me even if I called 111 and they said they have to take me because it s urgent!
