Went for my appointment for a check up 11.35,5 people infront of me,I asked how long it would take to see dentist I was told 20 minuits,my husband was waiting outside for me,he had a hospital appointment for 12.45 Afew people came in after me ,one by one people got seen to till it came to my turn that’s when they called for somebody that came in after me,I’d already been waiting 45 minuits ..I had no choice but to leave due to my husbands hospital appointment, I’m not sure if the receptionist forgotten to put me on the list of who was next in line as she was that busy chatting to somebody on her mobile instead of concentrating on her job,

Whilst we were waiting to be seen,one of the Receptionists was having a loud, personal argument on her mobile whilst the others just looked on. It was highly rude and unprofessional. They were like giggling school children. Once we were called upstairs, the dentist didn’t introduce herself to us and was generally rude and abrupt. All in all we were out in ten minutes. I can definitely say that we won’t be returning to this shambolic practice.
