This is my second visit to this dentist & I cannot fault them from receptionist to dentists to dental assistants all lovely, really put at ease, pain free and so efficient thank you so much.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. Being a very nervous patient my faith in dentists has been restored and it’s no longer the dreaded, hand sweating visit thanks to the dentists at this practice. Patient, kind, understanding and super efficient. I really would not consider going anywhere else.

Unfortunately a terrible experience, I was condescended by a dentist that had no understanding of Addisons Disease, Type 1 Diabetes, Insulin Resistance. The dentist when asked didn't know about adrenal insufficiency or the effects of insulin resistance. I have no idea how Falkner House can be classed as Emergency NHS Referral Clinic with no knowledge of basic medical conditions.
