I was in unbearable pain for a week, I visited my own dentist twice with no luck in solving the issue. I decided to try so where else and a friend recommended Fairfield. Wow, I couldn’t have ask for better treatment, they worked out the issue immediately, treated me and finally my pain has gone. The dentist was so kind and knowledgeable too and this was much appreciated after a week of no sleep and pain. I will 100% now being moving to this practice.

My children and I attend the practice, my children are both very happy and confident to come and have their teeth checked. Their dentist is consistently patient, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. My eldest has a defect in their teeth which the dentist has had to manage long-term and regularly. The last time we went in, dentist did the routine work and kept me updated about specialist dentistry service.

I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room after my appointment time with no apologies!! When I was seen I must have been in the chair for no more than 5 minutes. Information was not explained in detail so when I returned home had some questions . I called the surgery to see if I could get some more information as I was feeling worried and explained this over the phone, they assured me they would give me a call back.. this never happened!!! I felt rushed and didn’t feel I had a proper examination.
