   I took my daughter in and the dentist was fine with her. He asked her if she wanted more wax, daughter was unsure so I said yes please. He passed it to me, I couldn't remember what to do with it, so I asked politely, and he said 'I told you last time'! Then told me abruptly how to use it. Not necessary and rude.
