Very friendly, and put me at ease, as I was very anxious and nervous, I was made to feel very comfortable and I was only a patient visiting the practice.

Reception was good dentist who treated went above and beyond to reassure me fantastic dentist kept me informed about everything explained everything in detail would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone

My 2xMolar teeth extraction in May ‘24… I was very anxious/stressed anyway & …as i had to have intravenous sedation even more Stressed. I had a Molar extraction the month before:( so i knew what to expect. This time i did not even feel the injection in my hand go in..! (:Unheard of:) Then when i had come to…i had no blood or pain…I took my 1st lot of paracetamol 4hrs later. Rested..till i woke the next morning. With the clot/skin starting to heal again with no more pain killers. All the staff care:) listen:) & are the best:) Thank you & grateful:) from one stressed/anxious Dental patant.

Have visited the practice twice in past month - first to see Dentist who always shows professionalism, honesty about my teeth and gums and gives options for ongoing management and treatment. His manner is friendly as are all the staff who work with him. My second visit was to see the Hygienist. She was a new face to me but immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything she was going to do and was reassuring and ensured I was comfortable throughout treatment. I have previously - and would continue to recommend this welcoming and professional dental practice.

I had oral surgery and was put at ease with my dentist. She was incredible. I was frightened however she reassured me and made me feel at ease. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend. Thank you for making my visit so relaxed and comfortable.

I am so impressed with the care from this dental surgery. The dentist and dental nurse were both so gentle, kind and understanding. I was talked through the procedure prior to treatment and every stage, from the insertion of the cannula to me walking out the door with my responsible adult, went incredibly smoothly. I am very grateful that sedation was an option; it worked perfectly for me as an anxious patient.

Everybody was very welcoming, polite and nice. The dentist was amazingly good and brilliant. She is very confident and knows exactly what she is doing. She is very caring and gentle. I hardly had any pain after the whole procedure of tooth extraction. I definitely recommend this dental practice and the dentist

I am a very nervous dental patient. So having to have a tooth removed is an awful thing to do for me. I was referred to the Dental tree surgery for a sedated extraction. The staff were amazing, very reassuring, and very kind and gentle. The procedure went perfectly and I was unaware of any pain or discomfort. I have not suffered any pain or discomfort afterwards either. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The 2 ladies at Scarborough avenue are amazing. I’m not a fan of dentists and get very nervous, and they’ve put me at ease since day 1, I will never go or trust anywhere or anyone other, they’re fab!

I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely dentist and nurse who extracted two teeth/ roots today for me. I was put at ease straight away from the lovely receptionist and then the dentist who explained everything clearly and in layman’s terms. The procedure was extremely difficult but the dentist was an absolute star. She talked me through it all, kept me calm and was so kind gentle and patient with me. The nurse too was calm and lovely and made me feel I had done well despite the nervous wreck that I was! Thank you again so much Della Sent from my iPhone
