I had a planned extraction this morning as my broken tooth had lost a bit more the procedure could not go ahead. I was kept informed and a lot of information was given and all my questions were answered. I left feeling very well looked after and I with an appointment for the extraction to go ahead on another day. Thank you to all the team.

I had to have a tooth extraction and was quite anxious I didn't need to be as the dentist and dental nurse kept me informed and calm throughout. Thank you

The treatment has always been excellent and the examination was extensive and thorough (although I thought I was there for fillings). As always the receptionist was helpful and informative. The one worrying aspect is that the only NHS dentist at the practice is leaving and I have been “placed on a waiting list” I was also told that replacing him was proving difficult. Where does this leave the NHS treatment for my wife and myself?

Greeted by a friendly receptionist and went in on time to see the dentist. Everything explained in detail concerning the treatment given .

Been going to Etwall Dentist for nearly 20 years and been very happy with the service over this time. My most recent visit was smooth from start to finish. All the staff were very helpful in what can be a stressful time! Would highly recommend.

Visits was to the hygienist, excellent service very professional talked me through what they were doing and how future treatments would be carried out. Lots of help and advice for improving home care

Had an extraction by an oral surgeon. He was very quick, efficient and calming and explained everything as he did it. Took only seconds to remove the tooth, to my amazement. Given aftercare instructions. Would recommend the practice and care.

I am really nervous about dentists in general, scale and polish have always caused me anxiety in the past, so I was prescribed diazepam to calm my anxiety and this helped me a lot in coping with the situation, all done with a few injections, happy they treated me very well.
