   Recently had a hygienist appointment - paid £65 for 30 mins. It was first appointment of day. Hygienist arrived late and I was in the room less than 10 mins. Not impressed. It was the same for my last appointment with hygienist. I wouldn’t mind paying a third of the fee for a shorter appointment but object to being overcharged. Every appointment any member of family has had had over more than 10 years whether dentist or hygienist , the practitioner has always been late. Never an apology. There appears to be a general lack of professionalism among the practitioners. Reception and administration staff on the other hand are always pleasant, helpful , efficient and polite.
