Due to a severe infection after a tooth extraction I received excellent treatment on a Sunday. Staff were courteous , thorough and professional . Everything was explained clearly to me. It was a wait on the 0161 number but this was acceptable due to the amount of calls they receive. Once through I was dealt with efficiently. I was really impressed. Thank you to all involved.

Nobody bothers to answer the phone on the 0161 number. I have been on hold for over an hour; an hour and 33 minutes to be precise and still not spoken to anyone. It is absolutely disgusting. They need to sort their call center out and stop paying people to answer phones who don't.
