I was welcomed immediately on arrival. The receptionists were very professional and spoke to me and others respectfully. The dentist gave me clear instructions and told me what she was going to do. From inspecting my mouth she accurately diagnosed symptoms and gave advise on what I needed to do to alleviate the problem.

I had problems getting NHS dentist, but East street dental said if I tried again in few weeks they would try to let me join. And I got appointment after few weeks. They are very helpful and friendly the service is brilliant

I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years and have always been treated well by the dentists, nurses and the receptionists. At my recent visit, my dentist checked my mouth after an extraction I’d had a few months ago. He was happy with the healed gum. I was also praised on how well I’d cleaned my teeth since my last six monthly check up but due to some teeth overlapping I needed a small amount of descaling. My next 6 month appointment has been booked so I can keep up to date with my check ups.

The person I support where he lives has been to East Street on several occasions and every time, he comes back very happy with the care he received. English is not his first language, but the staff have been very accommodating and provided translation facilities. He is usually anxious before going to the dentist, but the staff of East Street have made the visits less of a chore for him.

Not happy to be honest I hadn't visited the dentist in years, due to earning too much to get it for free So I took the plunge, called and made an appointment, I asked how much it would cost and they said £27.40 (this is the amount I expected to pay So after seeing the dentist I was told it was £75, which I wasn't prepared to pay had I known it was this much I wouldn't have gone, I didn't have any issues not going and I don't think I will go back having to pay extortionate prices The dentist never explained how the pricing worked either she literally phoned to the receptionist to tell them how much to charge me doesn't seem professional

I have been with East Street Dental Practice for a few years now and have always had a good experience when I visit from reception to my treatment from my Dentist. This visit the Dentist wanted to carry out a treatment I needed and gave me the option of having it done right away. She gave me all the information involved and the cost to help me decide. The treatment was carried out with care and kindness, I felt well looked after by the Dentist and her assistant.

went for a check up. He looked in my mouth and in less than five minutes it was finished and he said I could go then I am charged £27

This is a fantastic practice and very professional. When I visited was in a panicking, they dentist put me at ease with a smile. Check and told me it's correct way to look after my tooths. I will recommend Polite.
