    This was appalling. The dentist counted my teeth for 1 minute, then proceeded to try and sell me expensive dental procedures no dentist has ever mentioned me needing. The examination was pointless, he examined my mouth only to see what he could sell me - I do not think that I had any kind of examination I can trust. The practice seems to have gone 100% for a commercial hard sell method. Avoid.

    I have been coming to your surgery for the past 6 months, i asked for a new set of denture's, i was told i only need the top denture the lower denture was fine, i had a very very painful consultation, the next visit was just as painful , putty like thick blue gum forced into my mouth, when i screeched i was told it has to be done, my next appointment was for the bite, the denture would be made of wax , so then came the fitting the denture was forced into my mouth making the corners of my mouth to bleed, the denture was hideous, i was told the finished set would be much better, when i finally had what was supposed to be my last appointment the denture was far to big for me and not in line with my lower denture, you will get used to it, give it time, i was told . I cannot even speak with them they are so uncomfortable and look dreadful, i am so upset by this and would like a refund, i have spoken to a few people and they agree with me, the denture is very poor, please contact me with your view on this before i make a claim, Thank you Penny Atkin.

    waited 45 mins after appointment time before i asked what was happening - there was a patient booked in before me but only 5 mins - surely this is not enough time to see a patient anyway. Always running late - last appt i was told after an hour that i could not be seen that day and had to rearrange. Very disappointed in this service -
