Today I had a tricky root removed and two fillings. The dentist was reassuring throughout the process, communicating clearly about all the procedures. I felt like I was in professional hands and didn't feel a thing. Thanks again to the team.

Really good fast completion of my problem. I had a crown break off that required the removal of the root and addition to my denture. All work done in a very short time. Many thanks Tony.

My daughter had 2 teeth removed, we received an excellent service. The dentist and nurses were very friendly and made my daughter feel at ease. It was a quick and painless procedure, I highly recommend!

I have been experiencing serve toothache for over two weeks, after a couple of visits to the dentist, we finally got to the bottom of the problem. Which after a good investigation and an x-ray was a hole in my wisdom tooth, which was extracted there and then within minutes. Which I was very grateful for, because I couldn’t face going back again. The dentist was very calming and professional and efficient. I’m so very grateful for the care and consideration given to me, I would highly recommend Desford dental care.

I’ve been going to desford dentist for some time now and they are brilliant I was always very nervous but the brilliant staff changed that 100% I cannot thank them enough

I contacted the surgery today to book an appointment as my son has a dental problem. I was told that he had been removed from the nhs list and could only be seen if he changes to private dentistry as we hadn’t attended since covid 19. Our entire family have been attending this surgery for years and years. I was told very clearly by the receptionist that it was my role to book the appointments and the surgery has no duty of care to contact patients for routine bookings. So if you are an nhs patient and was affected by Covid ie you assumed the surgery had reduced its appointments and you are quietly waiting your turn for them to be caring and and call your child for their next appointment because you think they have a backlog well - don’t wait. Nhs places are being changed to private places and if you didn’t attend because of Covid-19 risks then that’s also your issue and there is hardly any availability for nhs under18 places locally. This is a Grossly unfair service. Caring practice - not in my opinion in both its policy and in its communication with patients.
