    Phoned up to see if there taking on any NHS clients to be told only private and then the phone put down no bye or sorry not at the moment

    Thank you for your feedback - We are puzzled by your review after speaking to our reception team we were assured that this would not happen, although we are not taking NHS patients - as stated by our NHS Page, website, facebook page, our staff will always offer to run through our private fee's and offer private registration information to be posted or emailed. We can only assume the call was cut-off or signal lost some other way. If you would like our private registration information please email us on reception@derwentdentalcare.co.uk.     Rang to enquire about joining the practice, spoke to Reception who was very friendly and helpful. I am quite nervous about visiting the dentist and I was put at ease by the knowledge and professionalism of the practice. Would highly recommend. The dentist I saw was excellent, She was very caring and explained the whole process of the treatment i was having. 5 Stars! Thanks
