Had denture impressions took and filling the dentist was wound full very patient with me and ensured i was completely comfortable the whole time.

Staff are so lovely dentist is very thorough and explains treatment plans with you prior to carrying out any treatment

Customer service by the receptionist to accommodate my needs was outstanding. The dentist was also as above, giving good advice and listened to my needs.

Everything went well. Reception was friendly and efficient. I was called in to the dentist bang on time, literally the brief wait was only because I arrived 5mins ahead of time. The room and equipment was all clean, freshly wiped dental chair and the dentist had obviously taken time to read my notes. All good.

The elderly lady at Reception was lovely, the dentist was very clear with the best available options for me. Very happy.

I was informed that they were running late and given the option of keeping or changing my appointment. The dentist was lovely as usual, offering advice where necessary.

First time with the new dentist as I’ve not been for a couple years. Lovely and friendly same as the dental nurse (don’t know their names)! And receptionist lovely too!

My tooth fell apart and the dentist managed to fit me in for remedial work the following day. The dentist took her time fixing my tooth and I felt like I was in very safe hands. Much appreciated.

Everyone was very polite. Everywhere nice and clean Appointment on time (if not early!) Problem filling replaced at this visit and without charge as within ‘guarantee’ period so no return required. Dental team efficient and options for tooth talked through fully in advance Couldn’t ask for much more!

My son and I visited the practice today for a routine check up. The dentist and dental nurse were fantastic. However the one disappointment was to find there were no baby changing facilities and it was recommended I changed my sons nappy on the floor of the disabled toilet. Super disappointing for there to not be any provisions. When I asked why apparently it was because of covid…..
