My first visit to the practice and it was very good. Receptionist was very welcoming, very friendly atmosphere. Dentist and dental nurse really put me at ease as I was nervous. Excellent service

Dentist is never on time and not even in the building at the time of the appointment. Always book first appointment and have waited up to 30 minutes to be seen

Staff are amazing, so friendly and make you feel at ease from the receptionist to the dental nurse and without standing the dentist. Made sure everything was explained, and I was happy to proceed. Wish more surgeries could follow suit ?

The lady on reception was brilliant. Very friendly and very efficient. My Dentist is always very professional and friendly and was the same this time. It takes any anxiety away you might have and is a fine example of what customer service is all about.

All round excellent From the moment you walk in the receptionist are so friendly and always there to help you . ( with a big smiles) The dentists are great too.

The receptionists are extremely friendly yet professional and kind. The entire building is clean. My dentist and nurse are amazing and tell me exactly what is going to happen and why. No grey areas with treatment, just kindness and great work.

The whole Dentistry experience was absolutely brilliant. Lovely receptionists and the dentist was i found to be so gentle with me. Couldn't fault. 100% for me.
