Efficient, rapid booking and happy staff. Helpful reminders by text and email. Prepaying for next treatment is a good incentive to remember your next appointment. Set a bench mark for all practices.

My child’s first visit to the orthodontist was not a pleasant one. Upon arrival the receptionist was rude and extremely unhelpful. We then waited 40 mins for our appointment with no acknowledgment or apology. The orthodontist and nurse were extremely abrupt and rude and did not make my child feel comfortable. If anything they upset him and raised his anxiety about the whole process. Customer service has a lot to be desired at this practice!
