I have been with this practice since it's inception. The regular check up I received was good, and all my questions were clearly answered. I would recommend this practice. practice when another NHS dentist was appointed, I was allocated to the new dentist. I have been very happy with this dentist and his treatment.

The practitioner was honest and only recommended what was is in the best interests of the patient, keeping costs reasonable.

We have been with the practice for a few years and only had positive experiences with both the dentist and hygienist. The staff are helpful and friendly and we have always been able to get an appointment when we have wanted one. The latest appointment was sorted at short notice and included my daughter so that we would not require to attend on multiple occasions.

Wisdom tooth collapsed under gold crown. Seen promptly and assessed as needing root extraction of ll8 and 7. Care passed to senior dentist who performed extractions with care and precision and arranged follow up telephone service call to check on recovery and healing.

I was waiting in the waiting room when from within the treatment room I heard my name shouted out. That is no way to introduce yourself to your next customer. Just come out of the room and ask for me by name. It felt very much like the head teacher was calling in a naughty pupil!

Visited hygienist today. Not looking forward to the experience but saw a different hygienist who was gentle and caring. Would like the receptionists to be more friendly - there could be nervous patients who would welcome a smiley face to greet them.
