My check up by the dentist was thorough, helpful and caring.The hygenist was also thorough, helpful and caring. Both the dentist and the hygenist were sensitive to my comfort, while I was being examined and treated. This was very helpful due to my back problems. They both gave me good advice.

I always use Hook Dental Surgery. Everything is straightforward from booking an appointment to receiving the best care possible from all area of the practice. My visit to the hygienist was, as always, very thorough and helpful in my understanding of my dental care and the procedures that I need to follow to ensure that my teeth are properly cleaned and maintained

I had a wisdom tooth removed today. The dentist explained everything and took their time. I was reassured the whole time I was there and it calmed my nerves. The extraction went very well and I could not fault the service at all.

So happy with the level of attention I received (as always) when I needed urgent attention for a dental problem. I was able to be seen very quickly, with excellent advice. All the staff were extremely professional.

I was extremely nervous about my filling, absolutely hate the dentist, but I was put extremely at ease and each stage of the process was explained as we went along. Absolutely no pain and made some headway to curing my fear of dentists!

Super staff from reception to the chair and throughout treatment. Checkup completed without issue. Improvement Recommendations on how to continue teeth and hygiene maintenance given as a take away. Super demeanour, caring, helpful and all around first class. A credit to the profession.

From the Receptionist to the nurse assistant to the Dentist are all great and friendly. Very informative about the type of treatment and know how to keep you relaxed and at ease.

My dentist is amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I been let down by other dentists in the past. He talks me through everything and knows I am really nervous. I cannot thank him enough.
