Excellent service and everything clearly explained. The dentist was very thorough and didn't do any extra treatment

I went for a check-up. The dentist gave me some useful advice and in addition did a little removal of plaque that presumably the hygienist had missed. It was all done without fuss and in a friendly way.

I recently attended for a routine check up and was very pleased with the experience. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the examination. The clinic as always was clean and well-organized, and the overall environment felt calm and professional. I left reassured that my dental health was in good hands and will definitely be returning for future check-ups.

The staff are very friendly, and the practice is spotlessly clean. My only snag is obviously the cost of treatments.

Kind and understanding staff who work with you for the best results. The Hygenist is geniunely interested and explains things in a simple manner

I was seen on time and the reception staff were helpful. I always see the same friendly dentist and the assistant was lovely.The chairs in reception could do with updating but are comfortable.

My treatment has been excellent from start to finish. The dentist was very professional. he explained every process and made sure I understood. He was gentle and they took very good care of me.

Had a 2 o'clock appointment. At 2:00, there were 8 patients waiting to be called for what were the first post-lunch appointments. First patient called at 2:05, I was called at 2:10. Why bother giving fixed appointment times when you don't even attempt to be ready? By the time you factor in appointments over-running, mid afternoon patients could face 15-30 minutes delays.
