I recently had the pleasure of visiting the dentist and her exceptional dental nurse, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into their clinic, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The dentist and the dental nurse are not only incredibly sweet but also highly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently addressed each one of them. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing the best possible care were evident throughout my entire visit. One thing that truly stood out to me was their expertise. The dentist’s extensive knowledge in dentistry was evident as she explained each procedure with clarity and answered all my questions with confidence. It was reassuring to know that I was in the hands of a skilled professional who genuinely cared about my oral health. The dental nurse was equally impressive. Their seamless teamwork and synchronized efforts made the entire process smooth and efficient. They anticipated each other's needs, ensuring that no aspect of my dental care was overlooked. Their combined expertise created a comfortable and positive environment that made me look forward to my appointments. What truly sets the dentist and her dental nurse apart is their genuine passion for their work and how lovely they are with their patients. Their enthusiasm is infectious, making each visit an enjoyable experience. They create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that helps alleviate any dental anxiety I may have had in the past. I have to also give a shout out to the dental hygienist, my teeth have never been so clean and her approach to educating her patients and giving them the best treatment possible while also being honest and transparent is a huge relief. I cannot recommend the staff at the dental suite enough. I’ve done an implant, dental cleaning and a filling. Never once disappointed. Though I’d love to see more of them I will definitely be taking better care of myself now that they’ve given me all the knowledge I need to improve my dental health. Their sweet demeanor, extensive knowledge, and unwavering professionalism make them a standout team in the field of dentistry.

I've been using the Dental Suite for about 5 years now. All the staff have been lovely, and have taken great care of me and my (rather sorry) teeth during that time. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the practice.

Having been registered with this practice for over 7 years now I am pleased to be able to write a review. The staff are outstanding both medical and admin. and the service is excellent. Kind, considerate and courteous treatment from all be it routine or emergency. A gentle reminder prior to an appointment is most welcome especially for those of us who could easily forget.

I went to see them at the end of April for an emergency appointment, had an examination and an X-ray, dentist prescribed antibiotics and said to book my root canal in at the reception. I asked why couldn’t they do it and said it’s because they can’t do root canals and another dentist needs to come in to do it. Reception says the earliest the root canal dentist can see me was in 4 weeks so I thought okay fair enough, at least I know in 4 weeks I’ll finally get my root canal. So I get there today all ready for my root canal, I even had to embarrassingly take time off from my new job that I only started 3 weeks ago. The new dentist does exactly everything the old dentist did (tap on my teeth and X-ray) and says ok we’re done. I ask what about my root canal I came for? They says no you first need to do an examination before you can get treatment. I asked her but what did your people JUST do 4 weeks ago?? They say that was emergency but you need another examination before treatment. I sat there in complete disbelief as the previous dentist made it very clear to me that I will be booked in for a root canal. If they were a little bit more transparent with me and actually told me that the booking is for an examination only and NOT for treatment then I would’ve gone elsewhere. Because who the wants to wait for 4 weeks just for a dentist to tap on my teeth and take X-rays YET AGAIN?! I could’ve already been seen by another dentist and have received treatment in the same amount of time that I waited for the Dental Suite dentist to tap on my teeth. I honestly can’t wait to find another dentist because these are no good
