Called as website states taking on new patients if referred and was spoken to like absolute dirt told it’s not their problem the website is wrong and started blaming nhs and 111 for their buisness website being incorrect. Never have i ever been spoken to so rudely just for enquiring about a service, I hadn’t been referred by 111 I wanted to no how to be referred and if they would take a new patient if referred. Reception didn’t listen to me or my questions and was just rude from start to finish when she hung up on me as didn’t want to help point me in the right direction

My first visit was excellent, friendly approachable staff, this dentist is fabulous, knowledgeable and has a great manner and approach. Highly recommended.
