    Over the last few days I have been trying to get an urgent appointment. Obviously services are under pressure in the current climate, but todays experience makes me wonder if the call service even works. I called at 08:00 on the dot and was informed I was 5th in line. By 08:15 I was down to 1st. At 08:45 I was still 1st in line and finally got through to be told that all available slots had gone for today, all told I was on the call for 50 minutes. The call handler was appologetic and suggested there may be an issue with the new phone system in place. I enquired as to how I could take this issue further, but was only given the option to leave my details and problems on file. I am not holding out much hope of a follow-up call and hope this E-mail will elicit a constructive response

    I was finally able to get an appointment today and have seen a dentist at Wisbech, who has provided a temporary filling with the hope that things settle. No issues whatsoever with anything to do with my treatment today. Receptionist very helpful, dentist very professional with her explanation of my options and then swift with getting things done as per my wishes I dont know if I just got lucky in getting through today, but I noticed significant changes in the messages being given whilst I was in the queue. The information did not give the impression that I would get an appointment today and as a result a lot less stressful. I feel sorry for the staff who appear to be working with a system that would appear to be very awkward for all concerned. As a result I cannot recomend the whole package, but the imprtant thing of my treatment was excellent

    Referred from 111 for an emergency extraction. Telephoned multiple days but have had no luck. One time we did manage to get through, we were told that they were closed and to try elsewhere. Another day the phone was answered and immediately disconnected and switched off! Not great when someone is is in a great deal of pain and distress.

    I met a lovely professional team today while having a tooth extraction. Everything was explained to me and it was done so quickly and painlessly. Thankyou
