I got an emergency appointment - I was apprehensive and in pain but all of the staff were very welcoming, kind and patiently explained everything to me. Full marks.

Spoke to woman on phone very rude and unhelpful would never use this service again shocked and disappointed in how I was spoken to and would recommend avoiding this service
