Dentist and nurse were pleasant, friendly and professional throughout my visit to the dentist. The dentist talked to me to let me know what he was doing and checked every so often to make sure I was okay. I did not feel anxious like I have done in the past when visiting the dentist.

Quick and easy. I thought my newly chipped tooth would have to wait until next time. But no, it was treated straight away.

Hygienist was informative and considerate, without lecturing me for not doing enough flossing! Dentist was quick, efficient and painless.

We were greeted with lovely smile of recognition and once her phone call ended the receptionist gave us all her time giving us a form to fill in and listened to our questions. After sitting in the waiting room for a turn we were not long greeted with another smiling lady. She showed us into the dentist's room and introduced us to my new Dentist lady and i was looked after perfectly. I was told about what was happening with my teeth and how long it was going to take. I couldn't have asked for a better trip if i had organised it myself. Thank you to the Lovely Staff at Dawley Family Dentist.

I had seen a new dentist as my usual dentist had left and was feeling a bit nervous but she soon made me feel at ease.

Empathy, understanding, a superb, young dentist with proper patient skills. Also, i was not made to feel guilty about having poor teeth. The dentist was the best i have seen in all my 64 years of age.
