I turned up and everyone was chilled out the whole appointment lasted 10 to 15 minutes they soon had me sorted out they checked my teeth thoroughly asked how I was and then they quickly gave me my next appointment which they sent to my phone so it went really smoothly and with very little fuss,thanks dawley dental!! Very friendly on time no waiting make you feel very comfortable. Excellent service. Would definately recomend this dental practice as they go above and beyond

Fantastic service, swift and efficient and very friendly staff. At ease through the whole process and well informed by dentist and nurse about procedure and after care. Great dentist.

I've been with this dentist for a few years now, the cleanliness of the toilets are somewhat something to be concerned about. Moreover they knew that I was on job seekers allowance before they took me on as a private patient. Denplan was the only option for me at the time. However because of my declining health condition I am unable to travel as i live more than 25 miles away, and could not at the time find a dentist close to home when I needed one. They also knew this too. Therefore I have had to change dentist, so that dental treatments needed are accessible for my needs. I have had no treatment using my Denplan, but have said I’m not entitled to a refund, please be aware before registering at this dentist, there is no real care here, only where money is concerned.

I’ve been attending Dawley Dental practice for several years now. If ever I have toothache they will usually fit me in on the same day. All of the surgeries are lovely and spacious and they have a really big car park which is a great asset! I’m a NHS patient and my partner is a private patient (as they were not taking on nhs at the time he joined) and we’ve both been really happy. My partner has recently had a dental implant fitted and he couldn’t be more happy. I’ve had facial aesthetics work carried out there and this has also been amazing. My advice is call up and join!
