My reception at the practice was very professional. The dentist was very courteous and professional. He described the treatment and his procedure was very good.

Got an appointment fairly quickly due to being in pain with a broken tooth. Receptionist apologised for the delay. Had to wait over 15 minutes after my appointment time as dentist was busy helping another (new) dentist. When in with the dentist his chair side manner was poor. I am a pensioner and he talked to me like a child. Was not very encouraging and insinuated that I did not know how to brush my teeth. Also did not take account of me wearing a hearing aid. Only a temporary repair was done and I have to wait 6 weeks before proper repair can be done.

My normal dentist was unavailable for my appointment but due to an upcoming holiday I couldn’t wait until she could see me . I was very fortunate that they managed to book me in with someone else, a couple of days later. I wasn’t looking forward to it due to being a nervous patient . I want to say a big thank you , I was reassured& made to feel very comfortable, the whole time .

As a person who is terrified of the dentist and who hadn't seen a dentist for 6+ years, I have nothing but praise for this team. From the receptionists nurses and dentists, I have been made to feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way. I'm still terrified but the care and understanding I have received from this team has helped me to keep attending to improve my mouth health. Cannot give high enough praise to the whole team. Thanks

Real thinking outside the box (or mouth!) by dentist when completing some tricky rebuilding of front tooth. Patience and determination won the day and increased my trust in him even further. Thank you.
