Been a member of this dental practice for 6 years now. Went to see the hygienist this month for a quick clean and had a bad experience. Firstly I had to wait 30minutes as the appointment prior over extended which isn't ideal when your parking is timed/limited. When I finally sat down I had someone learning how to not shove the sucker pipe into my throat constantly left with a saw throat and £75 lighter for the privilege.

Being on anti-coagulant tablets I was given an appointment within 2½ hours of 'phoning and admitted, treated and out before I was due in. Highly efficient and pleasant service.

Replacement of a filling that had come out was carried out with care and consideration. Whole procedure was completed very quickly and without any discomfort. Very reassuring treatment and I would recommend without hesitation.

Always get email and text reminders of upcoming appointments. Nearly always get in close to allotted time and excellent service while in the hands of the dentist and assistant. Glad I’m a patient at this practice.

The dentist that I saw was absolutely superb. He examined my teeth and x-rayed the tooth I was having issues with. He gave me a full explanation of the issue with my tooth and the options that were available to me, he also explained any potential issues that could arise from any treatment. I had been with a previous dental practise for many years up until the outbreak of COVID, after which I had tried to book appointments by phone but never received any calls back. However, this dentist is really on the ball, punctual, accommodating and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work guys you provide an outstanding service to the community of Fareham.

Had my fillings done yesterday. As always the staff were fabulous, could not be happier. My fear has gone from 100% down to about 10%.

Had my root canal completed yesterday, no pain what so ever. Dentist was so good. All the staff have been absolutely great. My fear of the dentist has now gone. I thank them all.
