I have been trying to see this dentist since August last year. They cancelled the week before, rebooked for December, they cancelled again. Thought I would give them one more chance and rebooked for next week.....they have just cancelled again. I have a daughter who desperately needs braces and a son who needs a filling. I wonder if they would have cancelled if I were a private patient. I would avoid this dentist at all costs!

Our dentists are working incredibly hard to see as many patients as they can, as well as completing open treatment plans and seeing emergency cases. We to prioritise patients that are in pain, this means routine care and examinations are delayed. Yesterday was for me a very normal visit to the dentist. Seen on time, no mucking about, examined and x-rayed. To re-visit in 6 months. Thank You.

I cannot speak highly enough about the treatment I have received from the dentist. I was made very peaceful. I am a wheelchair user I have a hearing aid and I have lost my balance due to Gunfire in the army. The staff understands the problem I have. The treatment I had was First Class. I Congratulate all the staff. I have never been so happy going to the dentist. If It was allowed I would have given them a Big Hug Thank you

The receptionists try hard to get you an appointment as soon as possible, sometimes on the same day if needed. The previous 2 dentists I have seen have been thorough, gentle and kind which is very reassuring for a nervous patient like myself

I saw a new hygienist at yesterday’s appointment. She was friendly, the surgery appeared to be spotless and the procedure was painless. I was encouraged to ask questions and the advice given was very useful.

Amazing dentist, very thorough and professional who did a great job of fixing my teeth and has put the confident smile back on my face. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, I love this dental surgery and would recommend it to everyone.

I've only been a patient for a short time, two check-ups, one filling for gum gaps and a hygienist appointment. I can honestly say that they're great. Kind, professional, honest and straightforward. She is the best dentist I've ever had.
