I was a bit worried about my visit but was treated so well by the dentist and her nurse thankyou, also the reception staff were very polite and helpful, it made my visit so much easier.

My wife doesn't want me to leave this review,she had an emergency appointment after chipping her tooth,(happen Tuesday 6pm web said open to 7.30 rang for 23 then17 mins no answer)had exray and advised best option was to have a crown fitted, went to reception to book appointments there lies the rub 1st appointment is for 76 days away that's right 11 weeks away with a tooth is sensitive tooth no hot or cold or anything hard. Is this result of a 2 tier NHS system.

Very busy practice but dental team are fantastic. Very communicative and understanding, full transparency and helping to explain everything. Very grateful when having a course of practice. Dental hygienist also excellent.

I transferred from my previous dentist in Newbury and my recent experiences at this dental practice have all been positive. My dental treatment was discussed thoroughly before commencement and carried out expeditiously without delay.

All staff from receptionist's, dentists, hygienist , dental nurses are all very professional, and give confidence if needed. Always try to keep to appointment time, although due to unforeseen circumstances this can’t always be. I am so pleased I found Demira Wellum Dental Practice.

I highly recommend this practice. My dentist is very gentle and considerate. I used to be petrified of going to a dentist surgery .Now, it’s not a problem. Thank you for everything you do.

Really worrying I’ve been to this practice no longer then 3 months They have treated my children badly I’ve got a awful infection 4 weeks later my tooth / socket isn’t healing they treated me with no respect and the attitude from the dentists are shocking I will never have treatment there again
