needed an emergency nhs appointment and they squeezed me in and they was lovely dentists and receptionist was amazing too

Very busy practice but dental team are fantastic. Very communicative and understanding, full transparency and helping to explain everything. Very grateful when having a course of practice. Dental hygienist also excellent.

Just had painless extraction within 10 days of check up. Wellum house continue to offer excellent service and highly professional dentistry. Highly recommended.

I transferred from my previous dentist in Newbury and my recent experiences at this dental practice have all been positive. My dental treatment was discussed thoroughly before commencement and carried out expeditiously without delay.

All staff from receptionist's, dentists, hygienist , dental nurses are all very professional, and give confidence if needed. Always try to keep to appointment time, although due to unforeseen circumstances this can’t always be. I am so pleased I found Demira Wellum Dental Practice.

I highly recommend this practice. My dentist is very gentle and considerate. I used to be petrified of going to a dentist surgery .Now, it’s not a problem. Thank you for everything you do.

Really worrying I’ve been to this practice no longer then 3 months They have treated my children badly I’ve got a awful infection 4 weeks later my tooth / socket isn’t healing they treated me with no respect and the attitude from the dentists are shocking I will never have treatment there again

My partner and I had booked back-to-back appointments with the same dentist today. My appointment over-ran by 15 minutes, and my partner was looking after our dependent in the car. When I was finished, my partner went to reception and was told that he could not be seen because he was “ late for his appointment!” The dentist refused to see him, despite the fact that I had left the room less than 2 minutes before. Absolutely appalling service - they clearly overbook the appointments and rely on people “being late”. Very disappointed.

Saw me and catered to a major issue with my teeth (hypoplastic enamel). I saw them as the first private dentist I attended due to a major issue with my teeth (hypo plastic enamel) they took over really well from the children’s hospital NHS dentists/specialists I saw while covered/available as a child with the NHS. Read all the documents covering my hypoplastic issues and treatments from my childhood through to last year I brought which made me feel comfortable (another private dentist I saw first just ignored them and looked at my teeth then said I need 11 fillings, they seemed not to care about the issue of my teeth or any of the previous dentists I saw in hospitals etc)
