Visited my dentist recently. Great staff from reception , through to nurse , through to dentist . I have a hereditary teeth condition , so grateful for a check up from time to time to re assure me that things are o.k

Had a detached crown which was reattached, well it was more like plonked on with no check to see if it fitted satisfactorily, when I ate it hurt to bite and have had to book another appointment to get it put right (hopefully) Had a check-up whilst there and apart from a few pokes in my gums nothing else was done. How do they justify £26+ for sitting in the chair for barely 5 minutes plus what they get from the government?

2nd visit. All staff very kind and caring. The dentist and nurse were superb. Over the years I have had shocking experiences with other dentists. At Damira in Henley you are treated with respect and care. Already booked my 6 month check and rather looking forward to it.

I visited yesterday for first time & found all staff very professional polite & friendly so felt at ease. Received good advice & have appointments booked already for new denture. So different to my previous dentist.

I visited the practice for the first time and couldn't find any fault at all with the service I recieved. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were very professional and I felt very relaxed throughout. For a first visit which was for a checkup, the dentist also took impressions as I need a replacement deture so that I could have them before I go on holiday. I look forward to returning in the near future to have my denture fitted and then to have a few fillings which need treatment done on them as they are badly worn down after I return from holiday..

As a 57 year old patient with an extreme deep rooted fear of the dentist, I was physically sick with worry when told I required a tooth extraction. I was originally referred to hospital for treatment, however there was a 6 month waiting list, as the practice new that I would not be able to wait that long as my anxiety would go through the roof, they reassessed my treatment needs and the dentist agreed to do the extraction in house within the week. I plucked up enough courage to attend and have to say received amazing service, the dentist totally put me at ease, talked me through every stage, went at my pace and checked on me continuously...I can not thank both the dentist and the assistant enough for their kind, gentle and patient service they showed me. Although I know my fear will probably always remain, this is the first time I have Ever been to the dentist for treatment and come out feeling relaxed. Thank you so much .. I would highly recommend this practice.
