Appointments are now £70 (for 20 mins) only bottom set of teeth could be cleaned, meaning a further £70 charge to return if I want the top set cleaned also.

Due to have my hygenist appointment today only to receive a telephone call to say they needed to cancel it and the next available appointment would not be until November! This is despite me phoning yesterday to check that the appointment was still booked. This is compounded by the fact the original appointment should have been in May and that to was also cancelled for this one yesterday. It will be a year since my last visit now, especially bearing in mind they make you pay half the amount at the time of booking. so so far I've paid money and seen no reward for it. Poor service and one that is making me re-consider my dental choice, having been with them since childhood.

This is the first Dental practice in years that I've felt very at ease with, they are friendly and helpful and make you feel relaxed by their manner and efficiency and would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone
