Had a broken tooth and given next day appointment for assessment followed by further appt for preparation for a crown impression. Three weeks later had crown expertly fitted by Sonya. Very pleased! 😀

All staff extremely helpful. Any problem and treatment plan and cost explained clearly. Standard of work good. Appointment reminders send. Sometimes seems a long time to get an appointment due to heavy workload. Have been a patient for several years and very happy to continue with this practice.

I went for a regular 9 monthly checkup a couple of weeks ago having lost a filling a couple of weeks earlier. I have mobility problems so my dentist helped me into her room, did the checkup, clearly explained my options for treatment and asked me to book an appointment to have my filling replaced. I booked as she had asked and went back today. My dentist and her Dental Nurse couldn't have been kinder in making sure I could get into their room and that I was comfortably seated in the chair. We had a friendly chat about a change to my medication and then they got to work. They were both gentle and considerate and the whole procedure was over in about 20 minutes. After we exchanged pleasantries then said our goodbyes, my dentist leapt up to hold the door open for me. The whole procedure was conducted in a friendly and helpful but professional manner. My wife was to have met me when the appointment was over but it all happened so swiftly that she had not yet returned to the surgery. The receptionist kindly offered to phone her for me as I had left my mobile phone at home. When she had done this and told me my wife was minutes away she checked I knew the dates of my next hygienist and dentist appointments and urged me back to a chair and insisted that I should sit in and wait rather than stand outside. All the staff I have met at this dental practice, without exception, has been polite and considerate in conducting their business with me. I think I've been a patient there for almost twenty years now, when I first used this practice I was fit and healthy and the attitude of all staff to me didn't become more considerate when I became disabled, they've always treated me well. I fully and unreservedly recommend this practice to everyone who wants to enjoy, and look forward to, a visit to a dentist or a hygienist, they are all marvellous!
