Excellent fitting of new denture in a clean environment staff helpful as usual. This was my first use of the surgery could not fault it.

Friendly, approachable /professional staff: Clean premises with ample parking. Waiting times for appointments need shortening.

I had a follow up review three weeks after an exam appointment, and because I was concerned about a possible issue I went back the following day and was seen within half an hour. A referral was made and I was reassured about my concerns.

Pleasant reception staff and waiting area. Check-up appointment commenced within 5 mins of scheduled time. Both dentist and nurse pleasant, both being professional. As I anticipated there was remedial work required. The work was explained and commenced. Three filings required and it was not necessary to administer painkiller injection(s). Fifteen minutes later the work had been completed. My mouth felt okay and no discomfort. Today, 24 hours later all is still ok. Thank you.

I have been with this dental practice for many years. Everyone from the receptionists to dentists themselves are always polite, courteous and professional. The dentist always explains what the procedure entails, if any, and gives advice if needed and products required to use at home. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Both the dentist and dental nurse were extremely nurturing and caring towards my child who needed 2 teeth out. They explained everything so that she could understand and were very patient. They were also very kind at waiting until she was ready and happy with everything before and during treatment. This has helped her to have no fears of the dentist and the procedure was excellent. This has also put me at ease as a parent, as my son is likely to have the same procedure in the future.

Everyone at this practice from the receptionists to the dental nurses but most of all the dentist, are pleasant, helpful and courteous and it’s always a pleasure to visit.

I needed a small filling which was performed professionally and with care. I was pleased with the consideration I received. The only slight criticism is that the appointment was cancelled and rearranged at least twice.
