This practice very good, staff are polite and courteous, easy to contact with problems ie changing appointment dates etc.

Having had 2 extractions earlier in the year I had been unable to complete the course of treatment due to an operation, but after having a severe gum infection I had to return. On the first visit I was prescribed antibiotics, and on the follow up the tooth was removed -almost painlessly, although I seem to be becoming resistant to the novocaine, unfortunately. That being said, the reception staff, dental assistant and dentist were once again very friendly, helpful and informative.

The practice is repeated letting patients down by overbooking appointments. Several times have been kept waiting in excess of 30 minutes. This isn't good when on limited time and a lunch break. Also they never answer the phone, even though there is five receptionists sitting there in front of computer screens.

We understand that your time is valuable so we would like to apologise for the delay to your appointment, and the inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, appointments may sometimes run behind. This is due to the nature of dentistry. There are times where there may be dental emergencies that have to take priority, or appointments that overrun. We take negative feedback very seriously and we do understand your concerns regarding the phones. We receive a high volume of calls due to the increased demand of NHS emergencies and patients wishing to register at our practice. Answering the phones is a priority for our reception and they always answer as many phone calls as they can. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Made to feel at ease and a really nice dentist. No problem getting an appointment. Never had any issues with the practice.

Reception are always welcoming , they are chatty and friendly. Dentist is very child friendly makes them feel so relaxed and takes her time with completing treatments.
