    This establishment is unfortunately let down by its rude and unhelpful front-of-house staff. I have been on the receiving end of eye rolls, huffing and puffing and sheer rudeness. The last member of staff I dealt with at the dentist seemed extremely put out when I asked them for assistance and advice regarding my appointment. When I called their ineptitude out, it was deemed aggressive of me to do so and rather than apologising and appeasing the situation, another member of the team yelled “Woah! Woah! Woah!” at me, momentarily exacerbating the situation and turning into somewhat of a soap opera. This could all have been easily avoided had the individuals used care and attention and applied people skills. Most bizarre. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

    Dear Anonymous I am sorry that you was unhappy with your last visit to the practice. I suspect that you are the patient who asked my receptionist a number of questions. When she explained that she could not give an accurate answer, voices were raised to such an extent that the manager had to intervene and you were asked to leave the premises. This is in accordance with our zero tolerance policy.

    We had our family appointment this afternoon, we arrived rather early and were welcomed by the friendly team at Vallance dental surgery. We were offered a quiet space for my youngest who wasn't feeling great. We were seen early and our dentist answered all questions and offered advice with a query I had. I wouldn't go anywhere else, we have always had a good experience when visiting. The staff are kind and always offer help. I would recommend D Vallance & associates to my friends and family.
