From the receptionist, waiting area and dental staff everyone was professional. The dentist explained the procedure and any outcomes. A great practice.

A short implant bridge (3 front teeth) fitted years ago when I was in Spain had cracked. It was removed and repaired. The repair was swift (took only a week) and the bridge was refitted - as good as (maybe better than) new by very friendly and helpful staff. All the process was explained clearly and was followed by technically excellent treatment. I am grateful for the caring and professional approach shown by everyone.

After several years of trauma from bike related incidents my front teeth were badly in need of a full refurbishment! The fantastic advice and expertise of the dental team undertaking the complex procedures resulted in the return of my smile. I am delighted with the outcome. Thank you also to the reception team for fitting me into the series of appointments so quickly and smoothly during this time, really appreciated.

I was going for a check-up. No bib put on. I showed my partial upper denture and just told to take it. Not told where to put it. I put it in what I latter found out was the place where people gargle and spit into. No checking of each tooth and recording, like I used to have. Just told to put my tongue to the left and then to the right. That was it. There were three women in the room, my dentist and two others.

I had been suffering from regular infections and severe pain for months. An appointment was arranged and I had a root canal that solved the regular infections issue, and allowed me to eat and chew without discomfort. A filling was done at the same time and when I went back later it was treated immediately. Thank you very much. Good, friendly and helpful receptionists too.

I had an unparalleled encounter with Cripps during the extraction of my tooth, marking it as the most exceptional experience thus far. It effortlessly surpassed the two prior extractions I had undergone. Doctor who entrusted with overseeing my case, undoubtedly possesses an unmatched prowess in dentistry. With the doctors there at the helm, any apprehensions surrounding dental procedures quickly dissipate. The remarkable expertise in my case deserves commendation for a job exceptionally well done.

Went recently for my annual checkup. Been a patient since i joined at Uni some 20+yrs ago! Fab service from receptionists and extremely tidy and pleasant environment to be in. Even the parking was easy! These are difficult times for the Nhs and I’m so fortunate to be a patient at Cripps Dental. Thankyou team!

Cripps dentists and hygienists have been looking after me for 22 years now. As I retire and return to Germany, I would like to thank them for their excellent, highly professional work, their considered approach to conserving teeth and protecting dental health, and the friendliness and professionalism of all staff in the practice. I have always found their advice helpful and to the point; work done was of excellent quality. Every step the dentist takes is explained in detail and decisions for treatment are taken carefully in the light of the dentist's knowledge of the individual patient (and the supporting evidence of x-rays etc) - always with the longevity of teeth in mind rather than rushing into quick fixes. I particularly appreciated advice on what to expect in terms of dental problems at a certain age, and how best to protect against regular challenges. The surgery has seen significant development in those 22 years, but the continuity in dentists and key support staff testifies to a good working climate also in practice team, which in turn is reassuring to patients. Appointments were also always reliable and when needed, time was found for any additional appointments needed at short notice. I used to be quite scared of going to the dentist, but Cripps has taken this fear away. Warm thanks for more than 20 years of excellent dental care - it's much appreciated!
