Been at this dentist many years my daughter and 2 grandchildren also attend. Lovely freindly receptionists would recommend this dentist always makes me feel at ease and comfortable with no fear

My first experience with this dentist was to get my teeth cleaned. They were very proficient and thorough. My problem is aftercare. I went home and my side jaw started swelling really bad and before I left the dentist office I wasn't feeling too good and I requested an antibiotic and they would not give me one. The next day my face was so swollen it was grotesque and I called back and I did not hear back from them so I went to my primary doctor and after my primary doctor saw my face she went ahead and wrote me a script. When I went to pick up the script I noticed that the office did send me a script after calling them twice, however the stronger of the scripts was the one that my doctor wrote for me and that's the one I used to fill my script. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to get a tooth pulled the next day with a different dental office because my initial visit with this office stated it would be a month before they could pull my tooth. Plus they did not give me all the options available in my particular circumstances after the tooth was pulled, only giving me the most expensive option. I would have liked to hear all the options available. I had 2 cracked teeth. The worst is the one I am speaking of. They told me I would have to wait a month to have it pulled. I would have been dead. When I went to the new dentist the very next day they pulled my tooth in less than 5 minutes and I was out of there. Very quick and very thorough and to the point. I had an infection after the 1st group cleaned my teeth. I don't know if it was from having so many hands in my mouth when I went and got my teeth cleaned because there were a lot of people that came in there. But I did not feel like that was the way to leave a patient hanging when I noticed the severe swelling. I could not sleep due to the pain. I tried to send them pictures of what my jaw looked like and they would not accept any pictures of how bad it was. I thought this was poor follow-up. Otherwise I didn't have any problems. I don't think I will return there.

Review titled Waiting to be answered 55 min...and still waiting

Very disappointed...I've tried to call reception and operator kept saying 6 min initially then 4...then 2...and continued like that good half an hour. I've been first in the line for about 20 min....not sure when my call will be answered. It would have been quicker to walk to the dental practice...absolutely ridiculous.

Very disappointed in every way possible ! We have booked an appointment, however on arrival we’ve been informed that our appointment has been cancelled and no one bothered to inform us. We were offered a another appointment in a few days time, yet again on arrival we’ve been told the same thing! Cancelled ! After explaining that we’ve traveled quite far to get here and this is now second time in a row, the receptionist offered us to sit around and wait to see if the dentist could take us in, there was no time frame and funny enough the actual appointment time has been given to somebody else ! We’ve asked why and couldn’t get an answer. Fuming is beyond words ! All the receptionist could say was that the patients names are very similar and she gets confused!
