Met a few members of the team for the first time today, and I must say they went above and beyond to help me. I went in with a gap in my mouth and came out smiling.

Had extensive work on two molars partly due to my neglect during covid. Professional and friendly are the two words I'd use. Each step was explained meaning there were no "scary moments".

Very satisfied with the work that was done for me at this practice. Exceptional quality in all the staff. Would highly recommend this dentist. I suffer with anxiety and i was put 100% relaxed when i was there and would only ever go to this practice in future.

Nice polite staff the dentist that treated me was fantastic and explained clearly everything that he was doing and made sure i was comfortable at all times would highly recomend if your looking for a good dental surgery

Had a maryland bridge (adhesive bridge) fitted on NHS 6 months ago and I'm really pleased with it. After 15 years living with a mini denture this was a massive change. This gives so much comfort that I forgot that I have a false tooth. All staff are friendly and professional.

Found the staff dismissive. This is my nearest dentist, so went in to ask if they were taking on new NHS patients. Staff were talking to each other about a problem with their computer, it took a good minute for them to acknowledge I was there. When acknowledged I asked if they were taking on new NHS patients, the response was "No, we're only taking on private pateients", and the staff immediately went back to thier conversation. Didn't ask if I was interested in private, no goodbye, it's seems I simply ceased to exist. I was interested in going private if HNS wasn't available, since there's a plan available through work. However this was a terrible first impression and so I imagine that future interactions would be the same. Found another dentist to go private with instead.

This is my nearest dentist, so went in to ask if they were taking on new NHS patients after I went to the post office. Stood at the desk, receptionist was talking to the other receptionist/nurse about a problem with their computer, it took a good minute for her to even acknowledge that I was there. When she did I asked if they were taking on new NHS patients, the response was "No, we're only taking on private pateients." Then she immediately went back to her conversation with the other receiptionist/nurse. Didn't ask if I was interested in private, no goodbye, it's seems I simply ceased to exist. I was going to go private through a plan at work if NHS wasn't available, but this was a terrible first impression and I imagine that furture interactions would be the same. Found another dentist to go private with instead.
