I've just had my first appointment with Cranfield and it was such a welcome, positive experience. The treatment coordinator helped me to make the initial appointment etc via text as I'm hard of hearing. The hygienist was aware too and took time to speak clearly so I could lipread whilst she explained procedures. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Such a tonic to be treated so well as an individual after poor experiences with a nearby corporation.

The team here are fantastic. Always do their utmost and with a smile. thank goodness for NHS dentists.
