My new dentist has stopped a lot of my fears without even realising it. I was shocked at the comfortable feeling I had when in the chair. I trust her, she is so lovely and kind

Friendly efficient reception. My dentist is friendly and welcoming. Works quickly and calmly. Always asks if I am comfortable and if I have any issues she gives good advice.

Three week wait for a routine appointment with an NHS practice isn’t too bad. Receptionist very friendly and helpful answering questions. Dentist unfortunately didn’t say very much and didn’t feel very supportive; would have had a much better experience with a few more interpersonal skills.

To rushed resulting in an infection in gums that has left me in pain for two weeks so far,also had to pay for two more visits until I got a some antibiotics.

Always get great service treatment and advice. The practice is very welcoming and all staff are friendly Feel very privileged to actually have nhs dentist. Long may it continue

The hygienist took time to discuss and explain everything and answered all questions in a professional friendly manner The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I do find visits a bit traumatic and have to do my best to stay calm/breathe etc during the treatment. Which is probably fairly common

I don’t like going to the dentist!! But friendly and chatty staff (both on reception and in the consulting room) make the experience far more bearable. I even came out smiling today having been told I need a filling!!

As always great service; very professional and friendly. Only negative feedback was that I asked for an emergency appointment as I had chipped a tooth and had to wait a week. Not a problem as was not in pain but was a bit surprised that there were not any emergency appointments earlier

I came to the clinic for cleaning and polishing, I did the cleaning but not polishing because the hygienist told me it’s only 30 mins appointment and because I was too sensitive he couldn’t finish it all , so I have to make another appointment and obviously paying another 99£ to complete the work !!!!! Definitely won’t repeat the experience and will search for another clinic
