    I asked if I could come into the surgery by myself with a baby, they said yes and booked me in, got there and steps I couldn't manage by myself. Surely it would be obvious I'd be bringing a pushchair, but I guess I didn't specifically ask, and the pictures on the website do not show. This dentist does not have step free access, and lots of stairs within the building. Got in and decided it wasn't practical, they did offer a refund, but then the dentist opened the door and I felt obliged to go in. Had my consultation, he couldn't do front composite bonds for me and didn't know about no whitening while breastfeeding which I was a bit shocked by. I wanted about £1k of work but he suggested a brace starting at £4k. Said I needed hygienist but next appointment was in 3 months, exactly the amount of time the payment scheme would have paid for the appointment. Bit surprised somewhere as established takes 3 months for a cleaning appointment. Nice staff but poor experience, wasted £80 on the consultation. I ended up going elsewhere and had my teeth cleaned the next week. Having follow up treatments in the new year with composite bonds as I wanted.

    I contacted the surgery last week to discuss dental implants , they promptly made me an appointment for the following week at a time that suited me. I was asked to pay a £ 95 fee that would be refunded if i went ahead with treatment. I had to cancel the appointment just 24 hours before I was due to be seen as my Dentist contacted me with an earlier appointment . I assumed I would lose my deposit as had given very little notice and was not going ahead with treatment. I left a message on their answer phone cancelling my appointment and within half an hour got a call from one of the receptionists who advised me that they totally understood and my £ 95 would be refunded within the next week. I am so grateful . Thank you so much what a refreshing experience hats off to you and your team
