My dental hygiene appointment was carried out with great care, friendliness and effectiveness. It was in fact the least painful of any such appointments I have ever experienced and i am most grateful.

I am very pleased with the treatment I have received at this practice. I thought my teeth were beyond saving but my dentist has encouraged me to look after them and has restored wherever possible. I was very conscious of the poor appearance of my teeth but they have been greatly improved by veneers and I no longer feel embarrassed when I smile. The practice is well run. Staff are helpful and efficient.

As always, on this occasion it was a good experience from booking my appointment with helpful reception staff to the treatment by my dentist. The waiting room was calm and unbusy and I was seen promptly. I felt unhurried on asking questions, I was informed of the price options and my treatment, a filling, was fast and painless. I was given clear advice on aftercare and follow up. I was very satisfied overall.

I had a consultation for a night retainer and potential invisalign. My dentist was so helpful sharing her knowledge and gave recommendations on different options. I felt heard by her and now feel confident in my decision through chatting with her.

This was my regular hygienist visit. The reception is well staffed and waiting area is comfortable. I had the usual excellent service from my hygienist.

Can't fault the dentists or hygienists. But they send three texts and two phone calls to remind me of each appointment, there's no trust that I'll actually turn up, and if you miss the call they make you ring them back. Frustrating, as you can't opt out of these. We're also still completing a COVID 19 questionnaire each visit in 2025, which seems ridiculous.

The dental care is great, but some of the reception staff are very abrupt and unpleasant to speak to. For example when I said I could not make a particular time offered I was very abruptly told I had to take a different appointment 5 weeks later. When I explained exactly why I could not make the first one because of work commitments I was only then offered another appoint a couple of days after but it felt like a battle.

The hygienist from the Canary Islands is excellent, I am not allowed to give his name. He is patient and gentle. I most certainly recommend him. The lady dentist who examined my teeth a few months earlier was equally good. They are expensive but very good.

As always the dentist provided excellent treatment. This time for a replacement filling. Very professional, attentive and aware of patient comfort over discomfort. The dental nurse was also excellent in her activities and patient engagement.

Excellent hygienist. Very pleasant. Practically painless . Happy to return for future sessions and advice. Much better than previous experience.
