Been registered here for years and recently had a new appointment and can honestly say that the service here is as excellent as always. The staff from manager/ess to dentists thenthen their assistants and lastly but not least the first contact you have , is the front desk staff who are welcoming and friendly but also professional to high standards. I would recommend citident dental practice to friends , family and general public

I attended the practice on 15.11.23. I have been with them for many years, this time I was nervous as I was seeing a new dentist there. She was amazing, reassuring, kind and extremely skilled. I was having quite a complicated procedure but she carried it out with such skill and I felt no pain whatsoever, which is my biggest fear. Big thanks to them.

Another great Dentist, I've seen 2 Dentist at Citedent based at Ashlands Milton Keynes. Had extractions brilliant, normally I'm a right coward when it comes to going to the Dentist. 5 Stars.

Looked after my daughter extremely well. Made her feel at ease. Very caring and took extra steps to make sure that she had the best possible treatment. They invited me to be present which really helped.

Agreed a treatment plan and paid in full. They haven't stuck to the treatment plan ringing up on the day of appointments to change them. Then cancelling the next two appointments as someone is too busy. Send an email asking for explanations not addressed. Very, very bad service.
