Always enjoy the great pleasant customer service at circle dental. Very nice hygienist who's name unfortunately I can't remember at this minute.

Never liked going to the dentist but this place sets me at ease from the moment I walk through the door. From receptionists to the dentists & assistants, everyone is friendly and helpful. Many thanks ( Having said that, I still hope I’m not going to be seeing them very often though ?)

Lots of reminders prior to your visit so it would be impossible to forget you had an appointment. Unfortunately my dentist doesn't get the same memos - he has arrived at work 10 mins late for my last 3 (which were all first thing in the morning. I'm there in plenty of time and witness him racking up, then he gets changed and has a chat before starting at least 15 mins late ) I find this irritating but he's a pleasant chap so just be prepared to sit and wait to see him. The receptionists are all very freindly.

Couldn’t get an emergency appointment on the day and the receptionist staff didn’t phone me back when they said they would. Took me three times phoning to get an appointment for the next day which is not what you want to be doing when in a lot of pain. However, the dentist was very nice, caring and explained everything

The hygienist always explains in detail everything that was going on in my mouth and the areas to concentrate on. This is the only hygienist I have come across that does this and every time I see her my cleaning has improved and this is down to how she educates me in how to clean my teeth. I would only want to see this hygienist.

I was in a lot of pain and needed stronger antibiotics. They fitted me in between appointments, even though a lot of the staff were on holiday. The dentist was very professional and felt put at my ease. The receptionist was doing a great job under the circumstances also.
