I called up the dental practice to ask if I could be put on the waiting list to become a new patient. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me they weren’t taking anyone on. She asked why I wanted to register and I told her it was because I haven’t been registered in a dentist practice since I was 18 and I am now 25. She asked if I had holes in my teeth to which I replied I’m not sure. She then told me to call 111 and then hung up. She was extremely rude and had no people skills what so ever. I will never be calling this dentist again to register, completely unprofessional.

How caring all the staff were from going in to comming out. It was a hard extraction but everyone worked as a team. Brilliant

The service I got from the dental surgeon was outstanding as always. But was extremely disappointed when they wouldn’t let me book for my next check up in advance . this is the first time I been refused in 30 yrs of coming to the practice .

Prompt, friendly and professional. put me at ease and explained what they were going to do and what the issue was. Asked me to contact them if it didn’t improve and gave me piece of mind I had somewhere to go to get it sorted.

My dentist is absolutely amazing! So kind and caring. Remembers who you are as well as your family members. Always takes time to listen.

I saw the new hygiene therapist and she was lovely and very attentive. I explained I was an anxious patient and she made me feel so comfortable. I did get a bit upset in the chair but she was very calming and nice

They go out of their way to help you if you need an appointment or are in pain and try their best to fit you in. On the downside it would be nice to know how much you have to pay beforehand for example when you expect band 1 charges and then it turns out to be band 2 at £70.70 when you have £134 ESA a week to live on.

I was impressed with the dentist who opened up the downstairs surgery when he realised I had a problem with going up the steps.
